It's a free use world where the government decides to give every black guy can have any girl of any race he wants. All he has to do is flash the government letter and they have to bend over. I walk up to you. Maybe you're my neighbor, friend's sister, my boss, or maybe even a stranger. I obviously pick the worst time for you to show you the letter but it's not like you can say no. Maybe you're in the middle of a phone call, or even presenting in front of people. There's so many fun options.
